Expect More Tehama began with a simple question: What can we begin to do or put in place that will help prepare students beyond a high school diploma? What can we do together that we can’t do alone?

Rooted in community and built through collaboration, we’ve spent over a decade bringing people together to improve educational and economic outcomes across Tehama County. We use systems thinking, stakeholder engagement, and authentic storytelling to align efforts, spark ideas, and create lasting change.
